Return Policy & Freight Claims:
· We sell new items with full warranties from the manufacture or limited warranty from us. We may also sell pre-tested "used" or "factory refurbished" items guaranteed to work. Our satisfaction and goal is to provide products to our customers based upon affordable prices and in excellent working condition.
· All sales are final! All products are sold as non-returnable unless they are found to be defective. In that case an RMA will be issued. Items must be returned in the original packaging. The shipping cost back to Retek is the buyer’s responsibility. A Retek technician will test the item for customer-incurred damage and other defects. Items found defective will only be refunded if an equivalent replacement is unavailable. If the item is found 'not defective' a 15% restocking fee will be applied. We must be notified of the situation within 3 business days of your receipt.
· We are not liable for improper installation or damage to or from other components. Nor do we guarantee the item for a particular application. We will not give you a refund or accept a return if you bought the wrong item, or discover you cannot use your purchase. We expect you to have the technical savvy to install and use your purchase. We offer great product and great prices for those who understand how to use them.
· Please note that you must contact us to get your RMA Authorized prior to returning your item. Any unauthorized RMAs will NOT be processed. To request an RMA number, please call 925.456.9010 x 101.
